Another beautiful evening on Lake Thurmond in South Carolina. Sunset at Plum Branch Yacht Club. (Formally Fishing Village). As a kid, I skied this lake so many times. Last evening was a chance to relive some old memories. Sunsets are spectacular on Lake Thurmond, formally Clarks Hill Lake.
A memory rekindled. Years ago while camping up at the lake and sitting near the water's edge, it was not hard to hear conversations, and boats traveling off in the distance. Sound carried well on the lake and you know what's the best thing? It still does.
