Kubota plant in Beaver Valley, short for Koppers+Butadiene, part of the Shell Ethylene Cracker Plant, operating under NOVA Chemicals, of Abu Dhabi. Shut down after WWII left rubber out of demand and sold to Koppers Company for $1.00 to produce plastics, just like in The Graduate. In the 60s, sold to Sinclair Oil to make polystyrene. Sold again in the 70's to Atlantic Richfield. Now operated by BASF and Nova Chemical.
